Apparently I still fail at NaBloPoMo. This whole posting every day thing is just not going to work out, but I promise you me that I'll have at least 30 entries by the end of the month.

I wasn't really around to post yesterday because during lunch we took the new girl in our office out for a welcome lunch and then I left early to head up to Boston with a couple other Theta Iotas to celebrate Founder's Day with the Boston Alumni Chapter and other brothers in the New England Region. Yesterday marked Delta Sigma Pi's 101st birthday and today actually marks my 5th year in the fraternity. I can't believe it's only been five years. It feels like it should at least be 8 or 10. The last five years have been filled with some pretty extreme ups and downs but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I can't imagine my life without DSP, and it's kind of hard to remember what life was like before it. I've met so many incredible people from all over New England and the country that I am grateful for, and have been able to grow as a person so much from the experiences I've had. Getting the Pi Rho chapter installed was one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done. Being Regional Vice President is a lot of work, and a lot of responsibility, but it's definitely been worth it. I'm crazy enough to be running again in August. I'm not sure how well DSP is going to mix with nursing school, but I'm going to try and make the best of it. The rest of the semester I think is going to prove to be a busy one, but hopefully I can make it out to all of the chapters before the end of it. I need to stop being a lazy bum of an RVP this weekend and get some things done either before my show tomorrow or afterward. Hopefully the enthusiasm from yesterday will motivate me.

Alright, uconngaz will be here any minute to pick me up for dinner. Later, skaterz.

Holy cow are you amazing. I never seem to stick to anything difficult longer than a week. 5 years! Congrats and good luck fitting it into your new schedule next year.
