Do not go see In The Land Of Women. It was... bad. A sad attempt at a dramedy that came nowhere near the perfection that is Garden State. There was actually a few parts where I was downright horrified. Not to mention I almost walked out of the theatre on almost three different occasions because I couldn't deal with the plotline.

Note to self: Don't watch any more movies or television shows where people have cancer.

Is tomorrow really Sunday? That sucks... a lot. Later, skaterz.

Yeah, I mean, don't get me wrong. I have the utmost respect for Meg Ryan and her past roles in awesome romantic comedies. But she's... weird looking now.

Aww...I'm sorry the movie was so bad. :( And I was considering going to see it but now I'm glad I found out how bad In The Land of Women is before I spent money on it. Should I even bother with renting it when it comes out on DVD or watching it on cable?

And yes tomorrow/today is Sunday. Sorry darlin...trust me I don't work yet I'm STILL horrified it's Sunday already...means even less days Jason and I have to pack up this WHOLE house and move everything down to Columbia and get a storage building...*le sigh*

How about when you and foreverseenstar come down for D*Con, we all just run away to somewhere fun and filled with cute guys to wait on us hand and foot AND go work and bring home money to keep us in the lifestyle to which we could (and would) become accustomed to...*another sigh*

It sucks being an adult...

(If y'all were closer or we were closer to y'all, I would TOTALLY tell you to come to the party at Daddy's the night before Jason's and my wedding...pool party with all sorts of yummy stuff and my Dad's imfamous margaritas...but I promise I'll eat and drink and splish splash in the pool for you. *hugs*

Ummm... I would not spend any money on the movie. If there was *nothing* else on TV, I would give it a watch. Heh.

Oh man, you better have at least 3 margaritas for me!!

4 months, 1 week, and 2 days til Dragon*Con! :D

If I had any clue on the plot line I wouldn't have suggested it :( Totally misleading previews...I feel terrible...but love you.

No, it's fine, really. I'm just... a stupid emotional mess.

Besides, there wasn't really anything else playing. At least we have good summer blockbusters coming out. PIRATES! :D

the commercials actually made it looked semi-decent. I am now forewarned.

Yeah, the previews didn't really do a good job of explaining what it was about. It was just... uncomfortable. I think that's the best way to describe that movie. There were definitely a few parts where I laughed out loud, but really, it was NOT anywhere close to a comedy.
