ZOMG! Mutants!!! That's freakin' awesome. So totally like Heroes.

However this story is really not as exciting. If the GOP regains control of the Senate Laura will be very unhappy. Good things never seem to really last. Get better, Senator Johnson.

Okay, that's enough random news stories. Let's talk about TV.

House has been seriously disappointing this season. It's not bad, but it's just a far cry from how incredible it has been the past two seasons. They took a weird angle after the gunshot wound from last season and it worked okay, but it was odd. House wasn't House. And now this whole Tritter thing... he really needs to freakin' go. It's getting annoying. The arc doesn't work nearly as well as Vogler in Season 1. Tritter is the most annoying character and it's like it's gone too far. But I like what he's doing to the characters to some extent, how he's making them interact. (AKA I loved the House/Cameron scene on Tuesday. So my OTP.) It just needs to be done with though. All I want for Christmas is for Tritter to be GONE. It's not yet to the point where I'd rather watch reruns of Veronica Mars over new episodes of House, but it's close.

Bones is one of the few shows that has not disappointed me at all. This season has been fantastic so far. I thought I was going to be really irritated by the addition of Cam to the team, but she's not so bad afterall. I actually find myself not that irritated by the thing between her and Booth because it's a good reason to prolong the Booth/Brennan tension, and I just know that if the two of them ever hook up the show will be so over.

I'm on the fence about Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives and Lost. Grey's hasn't been what I'm used to, but it's getting better as of late. It used to make me sob like every episode and I've only found myself getting weepy at a few of them, and only flat out crying once. I think they might be losing their touch. Shonda needs to write some more episodes. Housewives has had it's really great episodes and it's really shitty episodes, so we'll have to see where they finish up. (And it better be with Mike and Susan together!) I feel like I can hardly remember Lost but I read a blurb about it in the TV Guide this week and I realized I missed it. It's still not at Season 1 levels, but I think it can get back. I'm excited for February or March or whenever the heck it's coming back.

Hands down though, the best new shows on TV are Heroes and Brothers & Sisters. There really hasn't been a bad episode of either, and I'm totally in love with both shows. I'm sad though because I really don't see how Heroes can really last past one season... *shrug* I know like everyone seems to be watching Heroes, but I don't hear too many people talk about Brothers & Sisters (aside from me and my office mates), so if you aren't watching it you totally should be.

And of course, Veronica Mars is the best show on tv. The end.

And I have to wait another four freakin' hours until they give us our bonus checks. WTF!! I'm so not going to make it. They never wait til the end of the day. OMG, it's totally bad news. Mark hasn't even written his annual PERT Christmas Carol yet! And he's definitely not nearly as excited about Bonus Day as he usually is. Aggghhhhh! *bites nails*

Okay, I need to go send myself all my personal files on my computer just in case I get fired. Later, skaterz.

I watched Bones again last night for the first time in a while last night, and it was GREAT. I had been watching Jericho or something in its place, which was bad. Oh, how I missed David Boreanaz! I have to go back and catch the rest of the season.

I'm with ya on House, Lost, and Heroes, too. Heroes is amazing, but I fear it'll pull a Lost and just go downhill...

Yeah, as much as I love Heroes, I don't know that it can pull off another season. I'd rather they just quit while they're ahead instead of ruining a good thing.

I love Brothers & Sisters but I have, like, no one on my f-list to talk about it with so I've never mentioned it. I came in on it late, so I'm still catching up on the first few eps, but it's an excellent show.

I hear you on LOST. It's definately not S1 good, but it's a lot better than S2.

And, well, you already know my thoughts on House.

Yay! Another fan! I am totally in love with Dave Annable (Justin). He's so beautiful. But you and I should start talking about Brothers & Sisters and maybe others on our flist will reveal they are also fans, or perhaps they will start watching because they'll see that everyone (aka you and me) is talking about it. :)
